These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 777qq website, mobile interface, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the domain https://777qq.bio. References to "777qq", "we", "us", or "our" mean the operator of this Platform. References to "you", "your", or "the player" mean any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 777qq Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof when requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777qq Platform. 3.2 Account Information Accuracy

3.3 Account Security

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless the promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. You must complete the required wagering before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

777qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered by an eligible player will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of the credit.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 777qq Platform. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in their entirety.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until a unique bet reference number has been issued to your account and the stake has been deducted from your available balance. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will be considered void if no reference number was generated. 777qq reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed our risk exposure thresholds or that are placed on markets that are temporarily suspended.

6.2 Odds and Market Integrity

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment the bet is accepted. In-play (live) odds fluctuate continuously and reflect real-time match conditions. 777qq reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — defined as odds that were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure that resulted in a price significantly different from the true market value. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series matches: a match must complete at least the minimum number of overs specified in the event rules for bets to stand. In the event of rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes. Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the outcome of the specific delivery; any delivery that is declared a no-ball or wide may be re-offered for in-play betting.

6.4 Voided Bets and Refunds

Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and does not restart within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time; the event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying criteria are met; the bet was placed at an erroneous price (as defined in Section 6.2); or 777qq determines through its integrity monitoring systems that the event was subject to match-fixing or corrupt activity. In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

7.1 Deposit Limits

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.4 Minors Protection

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform promotions in bad faith.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with a payment provider without first contacting 777qq support to resolve the issue.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

A player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and the remaining account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Accounts that are voluntarily closed retain all transaction records for a period of 5 years for compliance and audit purposes.

8.2 Consequences of Suspension or Termination for Breach

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 777qq reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals and to confiscate any balance — including real-money funds and bonus funds — pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed, 777qq will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. 777qq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension or termination of an account for breach of these Terms.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 777qq will notify the account holder by email prior to classifying the account as dormant. Following classification as dormant, 777qq may deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 from the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
